Terms of service

These terms are between you and Foxr Apps (“Foxr”, “we”), a company based in India. They apply to our website and every Shopify app published by Foxr. By installing or using an app, you agree to these terms, our Privacy Policy, and Shopify’s terms. If you do not agree, do not use our apps.

1. Test before going live

You must test every app setting, offer, bundle, discount, and widget on your store before showing it to customers (for example with a test order, a hidden product, or a development store). Every store’s theme, apps, and checkout are different, so you are responsible for checking and approving what goes live.

Something not working? Contact us at hello@foxr.app or through in-app chat and we will help you fix it. Contacting us is the way to resolve problems. We are not liable for losses caused by what is live on your store.

2. Your responsibilities

  • Your store, products, prices, discounts, taxes, orders, refunds, and customer service.
  • Following the laws that apply to your business, including consumer, advertising, and privacy laws such as GDPR.
  • Having the rights to all content you upload or import, including videos and user-generated content.
  • Not using our apps for anything illegal, misleading, or harmful, and not copying or reverse engineering them.

3. Billing

Paid plans are billed through Shopify. Fees are non-refundable unless the law requires otherwise. We may change prices with advance notice, and you approve any change in Shopify.

4. No guarantees

Our apps are provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not guarantee they will be error-free or always available, or that you will get more sales. We are not responsible for Shopify, your theme, other apps, or any third-party service.

5. Limitation of liability

As far as the law allows, Foxr is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, including lost sales, profits, revenue, data, or refunds and chargebacks. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of the fees you paid us in the last three months or US $50. You agree to cover Foxr’s costs if a claim arises from your store, products, content, or breach of these terms.

6. Ending use

You can uninstall at any time. We may suspend access if these terms are broken or the app is misused. Your data is then deleted as described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Disputes

Please email us first; we will try to resolve any issue within 30 days. If that fails, these terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, and disputes are settled by online binding arbitration in English under the International Centre for Dispute Resolution (ICDR), on an individual basis only (no class actions). Claims must be made within one year.

8. General

We may update these terms and will change the date above; using the apps after an update means you accept it. If any part is unenforceable, the rest still applies. Nothing here limits rights that cannot be limited by law.
